Managing stress is very important!If you dont deal with it.. it may accumalate and in the long term have negative effects on your physical and mental health...If you dont deal with it in the best way.. it can effect your diet? self esteem? confidence? sense of self?you can became very anxious and sometimes when stress is not dealt with.. the pent up frustration can lead to exertion through VIOLENCE where people lash out.Stress can lead to depression in some cases if not dealt with. Dealing with it not only benefits us but the people around us.
