Aka Vitamin B5...google it...for some reason it seems to get rid of acne, although it usually has to be taken in high doses, and it doesn't seem to have any serious side effects...worked very well for me for a while, then I seemed to build up resistance...I have just seriously increased my dose and it seems to be working again...it helps to combine it with a B Complex tablet...there is a lot of anecdotal evidence and other information online.
