...plugs. the liquid drops don't work for the pain, and inflamation Ihad very dry painful eyes due to menopause, my contact lenses would dry out quickly and burn my eyes. so the eye doctor inserted tear plugs into my eye ducts to try and increas the eye flow to moisten my eyes. when that didn't work, he removed them out of my tear ducts. My left eye gave him alot of trouble trying to get the plug out, and I think he ripped my tear gland and made it bigger. I can't stop the tearing it flows like a leaky faucet or a broken dam. my lense then fill up with a dirty film and I can't see a thing, so I have to remove my lenses. It really fills up and bursts like a hose when I cry or laugh. I'm hoping that I won't need any surgery. I have had a deviated septum all of my life and often have alot of problems with my sinuses/with infections and swelling.
