eat after you workout. and what is your diet like? high in sugars and carbs? i am 16 almost 17 and i lost 55 pounds in about 5 1/2 months. i used a diet pill called Xelerate from Xyience.. but i only used it for about 2 months and lost the same amount of weight without the pill..i would try that or this product i have read much about called Lipo 6..sounds like an awsome product from some people...good luck!

Diet pills don't work. I tried Hydroxicut and it worked a little but def not worth the money. The key to losing weight is your diet. If you drink soft drinks, cut them out. You'll lose weight just by switching to water. No exercise required. Other diet things are watch how much bread you take in. Limiting your bread intake will also help lose the weight. Another thing is juice. Drink 100% juice thats loaded with vitamins. Cranberry and pomegranate juice is loaded with antioxidants that will flush out toxins in your body. If you have any other questions about it shoot me a message or something.
