your weight doesnt make you look like a dork, it sounds to me like your already thin and that maybe you have a high metabolism! to keep that, just get into sports, eat healthy & etc. and the chances of you ever gettin "obese" will be slim :o) and a thing to do about school so you dont look like a "dork" change the things (appearence) wise that you dont like about yourself, get a hair cut, get a tan, get your nails done, get some new clothes (that make you look & feel the way you want too) i know its sad to say but those things really do give you an self-esteem boost, if you feel like you look great, your goin to look confident in yourself :) and we all know men think confident girls are "sexy!" :) goodluck!
Not eating breakfast is the worst ting that you can do! Those people who do not eat breakfast tend to put on more weight. The trick to not gaining weight and keeping a nice flat stomach is in the type of foods you eat. Try eating a lot of salad and meat. Low GI foods also help. You should NEVER let yourself get hungry (if you do your metabolism will slow down and when you do eat more of you food will be converted into fat rather than energy). It is also important to exercise regularly (walk at least 1 hour a day). Remember, in the second half an hour you burn twice as many calories.Sit ups are a flat stomachs friend.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at http://www.mesayyes.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 6.95$ shipping and handling.
