Any recommendations???Please I have a common allergy...

...issue? Is there anything someone can recommend to stop morning sneezes and stuffy nose from allergies? I currently take allegra once a day but by the time morning comes I'm constantly sneezing with a stuffed nose and even right now my throat still itches...Im not soo bad that I need any type of allergy injections but the medicine always wears off.Besides cleaning my room(since Im allergic to dust) what other ways are there to prevent morning discomfort??

turn down the ac.run the humidifier. and chamomile tea helps me. if don't have humidifier the saline nasal spray is an option.

Talk to your doctor/allergist about changing the time you take your medication. I know when I switched to taking it an hour or 2 before bed I woke up much better and I didn't have problems falling asleep. If that doesn't work see if you can take something over the counter like benedryl before bed.Also get an allegery pillow cover...it goes right on the pillow and you can still fit normal pillow cases ontop so it can match your sheets and be sure to wash pillow cases twice as often as sheets...before I got the special cover I did mine about once a week (or at least I changed them) it keeps the dust from your faceLike what was said before a humidifier works wonders and be sure in the summer that you use an AC instead of windows...otherwise you will get more dust from outside
