I am 24 and the same thing happened to me! I never had acne in my teens, and then all of the sudden I have adult onset acne. There were days when I would just cry in the shower. I used everything from Proactive to Murad, and nothing worked. Finally, I went to see a dermotologist. She said it was nothing I was doing, but that it was just hormonal and she put me on Doxy, which is an oral antibiotic and it worked! It took about 3 months, but it was worth it. She also has me on Differin and Duac, which are topical creams that help. I would say start with Proactiv, and if that doesn't work, see a dermotologist. There is also a new laser treatment that derms do now as well that might help, but don't get discouraged! There are a lot of options out there!

Have you started any new medications lately? I was the same way until I was about 22 - I started getting zits. I couldn't figure it out. Proactive Solution worked pretty well for me, nothing else did. Recently I found out that birth control pills were causing my breakouts. I haven't had another out break issue since I stopped taking them.

if you have a boyfriend with acne that might be the cause.. either way PROACTIVE is a great acne treatment i used it when i had bad acne and it cleared up very quick...if you decide to use PROACTIVE make sure you get the refining mask because it works wonders with a couple of days.... hope i have been help to you :)

If you know someone who sells Avon, go to her, trust me on this one. I have had a big problem ever since I was a pre teen. And ?Avon has this peel for acne, you use it a couple times a day and you will see results in about 2 days. I really love this product. I wouldn't recommend anything else. Even that pro-active shit sucks, been there tried that. Hope this was of some use for you.

the clearasil vanashing with 10% benzoyl peroxide worked well for me. its about 9 dollars at any grocery store or rite aid or anything like that

i have the same problem.. Ive went to the dermatologist.. which didnt help me any but mayb it might help you.Now I use proactive.. it is helping.. i just sarted about a month ago but ive cleared up about 80%
