Yes. Men can have breast cancer too. There would be a lump. But lump can be malignant or otherwise. The best choice is to see a doctor before it is too late.

Yes, it is possible although extremely rare. There are also many other things that you could have beside cancer so dont freak too much. It could be just a cyst or something similar. You should make an appt. with your doctor to be sure.

Yes it is possible. Men have breast tissue, just a much smaller amount. I'm not sure what the symptoms are, but this link might help.http://www.cancer.org/docroot/cri/content/cri_2_4_1x_what_is_male_breast_cancer_28.asp?sitea rea=cri The American Cancer Society estimates that in 2006, there will be 1,720 diagnosed cases of breast cancer in men. About 460 will die from the disease. http://www.bcrfcure.org/reso_men.htmlI hope you are ok.EDIT: I found symptoms for you.The most common symptom of breast cancer in men is a painless lump in the breast close to the nipple. Other possible symptoms include:a discharge from the nipple a change in the shape or appearance of the nipple a change in the shape or appearance of the breast, such as swelling or dimpling pain swollen lymph nodes (glands) under the arm. http://www.breasthealth.com.au/men/symptoms/

Yes. It isn't necessarily cancerous. Cancer doesn't usually hurt. Could be a cyst or other benign tissue, but definitely get checked out.Breast tissue is gender neutral. Women have mammary glands inside their breasts, to allow them to nurse babies, etc., but breasts are not male or female.
