Yes. Men can have breast cancer too. There would be a lump. But lump can be malignant or otherwise. The best choice is to see a doctor before it is too late.

Yes, it is possible although extremely rare. There are also many other things that you could have beside cancer so dont freak too much. It could be just a cyst or something similar. You should make an appt. with your doctor to be sure.

Yes men do have this problem but i am sure that you are OK,it is usually same as women,lumps. Best though go to see your doctor and see if you have a cyst.
