Is there an explanation for mild cramping at

14 weeks pregnant? There is no blood, just mild cramping. If it gets worse or blood appears I will definitely go to the doctor, but I am just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone and why? Should I be worried?

All your insides are moving around to make room for your baby so yes, mild cramping is normal.

I was feeling the same cramps you are describing and I talked to my doctor and he said it is just everything stretching and that its perfectly normal.

Yes . . . I had it too and I was told it was the ligaments moving and shifting.
