Hi,I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.ezunderstand.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.Good luck!

Throw out the "easy" button...go with commom sense...ask yourself what you expect your body to do for you...then give your body what it needs to perform at its best for you...simple math...your body needs a certain amout of fuel to get through the day...if you increase your activity...you burn more fuel...you can increase activity in many ways...adding regular exercise...climbing the stairs instead of the elevator...park further out in lots...again all commom sense...fuel for the body...cardio in the morning before breakfast will burn stored fuel "fat"...dont skip breakfast...strength training/increasing muscle mass will also burn calories at a higher rate...common sense...healthy metabolism...key here...feed the body through out the day...healthy balance of carbs/protein/fats...aside from genentics...we are in control of how we look and feel...soo...is a lifestyle change in order???do you want to take responsibility for your body???3500 calories in a pound of fat...simple math...the catch...what I wrote above...a healthy metobolism...sensible eating...and yes...an increase in activity is needed...to burn "stored fat"...and get you through the day...no quick fix here...no fad diet...;)
