Ok i am an african american and i have several skin problems that occorued from what i did at a young age. One being i have extremely dark skin around my neck due to heat and dirt which is somthing that bothers me now. Another is my bottom lip... here is story behind that... when i was young i refused to use lip chap because i felt it was girly no i wasnt walking around ashy lipped lol but my lips cracked offten so i would walk around with my lips tucked in(or sucking on my lips) how ever u put it so now i have dark dark skin around ma bottom lips i hate thoes 2 things about my skin i have been using skin care products but they all foucs on blemishes and pempils what should i do for this?
