...sharp and then last days and I am also experiencing lower back my pains get worse when i stand up straight or when i stretch out. it hurts when i bend over or bend down i am most comfortable in the fetal position and i have to use the restroom more frequent when i am hurting. what could this be???

are u using restroom for micturation or bowel movement? if u r going for micturation then most probably it might a stone in the urinary tract. try to drink more water 've some analgesic & go see ya physician.

it could be a cyst on your ovary. i would go to your obgyn so they can figure out what it is

if it is your period it could be that or it could be a bladder infection...........

Sounds just like when I had kidney stones. Get it checked out by a Doc. They should have you give a urine sample and they check for blood in the urine.
