Run. Start at 20 minutes a day. Bring it up to 60 if you can, but even just 20 minutes a day works wonders. Get an iPod, tune the world out, and run down a nice street for 20 minutes every day. you'll be amazed at how well you will feel after just a week.

Strech. take short breaks for about 10 min. if your at workevery couple of hours. take a long weekend and relax with someone special. play sports. Read about your religion. Music. Painting. see friends and talk to them. change your rotean.

if you have problems with anxiety, I would take Zoloft because I have anxiety problems and that's what I take. but if it's just a temporary thing, then here are some ways that used to work for me before I used a prescription or current ways in addition to prescription: playing video games, hanging out w/my rabbit (if you have a dog, play w/them). A really good way is to just lay in bed and use a massage kit.
