Suffering from really bad headache and drowsiness

I suffer from really bad headache and drowsiness.This happens mostly when i'm out in the sun in crowd.I have been suffering from this for a long time.can you tell me the cause?Is it due to weakness or under nutrition?

Different peoples are sensitive to different iteams.Perhaps your physical system is sensitive to heat which can easily lead to heat or sun stroke.You have not mentioned your weight for me to comment on your under nutrition.Do you have a normal appetite?

However,if you have been suffering from this complain for long time,then it is imperative that you you run few tests/investigation to rule out the common causes of your headache like paranasal sinus X-rays to rule out sinusitis,vision test,cervical spine X-ray to rule out spondolytis and lastly a Ct scan if all above tests fails to reveal anything.

My personal tip for you would be to start with wearing a nice white(black attracts heat) hat (not cap which tends to constrict your scalp) next time you go out walking in the sun.And if your headache persist,go through above mentioned investigation.
