Does hypnosis really work for you?

if any one ever try hypnosis , no matter what you want to cure?
and if it is really work for you? if yes, can you share some experience about this?
I think it is really work, and I know some friends who love this very much,as it can help them.

i haven't really tried but some of my friends do and they say it works .It all depends on your beliefs and believing yourself.
