I am pregnant and also have a kidney disease called IGA Nephropathy (IGAN). I have had urine cultures done regularly for the past five years, and they often find white blood cells with no infection. Is this a regular part of having IGAN, or does it need further scrutiny? I have switched doctors many times and I feel like it is overlooked.
