when I sit down. Could this be a uterine problem? The pain is pretty intense. It just started about two weeks ago. There's also a lot of bloating in the abdomen.

lower abdominal bloating can be many things, gas, diverticulitis, benign uterine tumors, most importantly it can be (not guaranteed to be!) a cardinal sign of ovarian cancerget it checked out asap
