If I have had a Hepatitis B jab through work

(because of the job I do!)..? Can I still have condom-free sex with my boyfriend (I am on the contraceptive pill)? Because I assume that I now have a mild dose of the virus to cause immunity & I obviously don't want to put him at any risk.

Hepatitis B is passed through blood and sometimes during sex, your vaginal walls can tear microscopically and if he has any cuts, it can easily be passed through him. Birth control pills only stop pregnancy-not any STD's so it'd be the best to use a condom.
