Sorry but there is really nothing proven to increase the height of humans so far. The only proven factor is genetics and proper poster with a health natural diet.Just think of all the door frames and low ceilings your not going to be cracking your skull against. You won't be asked by strangers to get a product off the top shelf just to have to put it back because it was not what they thought it was.In other words enjoy the stature you have. They all have there inconveniences.
